1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website operated by Pacific Forest in Chile. All commercial transactions, quote requests, showroom bookings, or account registration will be subject to the conditions detailed below and applicable Chilean laws (Law N° 19,496 on Consumer Rights Protection).

2. User Accounts and Security

To access certain services or complete purchases in the store, users must register by creating a personal account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials (email and password).
• Users agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Pacific Forest reserves the right to reject registration requests or suspend user accounts in case of detecting fraudulent or malicious use.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• Reference Pricing: All prices shown in the product catalog and online store are expressed in Chilean Pesos (CLP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
• Price Validity: Prices are referential and subject to change based on stock availability, region, and additional project specifications.
• Quote Process: Submitting a quote request does not constitute a final purchase or stock reservation; the transaction is formal only after confirmation from our technical sales team.

4. Payment Processing and Security

Payments in our online store are processed under the highest electronic security standards through the **Transbank** (Webpay Plus) payment gateway.

When making a payment, users are redirected to secure financial servers. Pacific Forest does not collect, process, or store sensitive financial details (such as credit card numbers or security codes).

5. Showroom Visit Booking

Showroom visit booking is subject to staff availability at the selected branch (Chacabuco, Vitacura, Las Condes, Autopista). Booking requests will be validated and confirmed by email or phone. Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

6. Shipping, Deliveries, and Deadlines

Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination, physical dimensions of the lumber requested, and available stock.

• It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and ensure truck access at the destination site.
• Estimated delivery times will be communicated during sales validation and will start after payment confirmation.

7. Warranties, Returns, and Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with Chilean law, all products purchased carry a legal warranty for manufacturing defects.

• Because wood is a natural product processed to project specifications or custom sizes, the right to unilateral withdrawal does not apply to custom-cut or custom-made orders.
• To file warranty claims for material defects or shipping errors, contact customer support promptly with purchase records.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, graphics, logos, images, audio, source codes, and architectural designs shown, are the exclusive property of Pacific Forest or its partners and are protected by national and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
